MY STORY

Husband, father, friend and snowboarder.

Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. My passion for the outdoors and draw to board sports started at a young age. Getting a job in a ski shop to recieve a discounted lift ticket started my journey.

Family- and fun-focused, with a refined lifestyle rooted in health, wellness, balance, and a continuous passion for learning and personal growth.

Living on the Summit Snoqualmie Ski Resort in Washington with my wife, 3 kids and a few animals.

  • Restructured, reorganized and rebuilt multiple teams and company structures. I pride myself in the ability to attract great talent, retain them and motivate them to elevate their potential. Integrating change with positive impact to company culture is a strength.

  • Refinanced ELEVATE from 44 different legal entities built up over multiple transitions over the years to 4 entities. This greatly improved the ability to monitor, manage and grow the business. Consolidated 6 regional commercial offices and teams down to 3 and shut-down necessary locations for efficiencies.

  • Relocated 4 offices and associated teams. Partnered with leadership on 2 moves early in my career and directly managed 2 robust shifts - one being the move of 160 employees located in NYC to the new Boston HQ for Converse keeping 60% of the existing team. The second was the relocation of 100+ from the downtown Seattle office to an out of the city location in Bellevue recently at ELEVATE. This move was desperately needed to support the new company and more importantly safety of the team.

  • Implemented new ERP system globally along with updated multiple CRM, B2B and e-commerce platforms for ELEVATE, moving them out of a tech deficit and set up for the future. Have played major roles in larger organizations managing ERP shifts and implementations along with helping to build financial hierarchy and business analysis tools.

  • Recently managed $20M annually of CAPEX, 6 manufacturers and 1500 factory team members to elevate innovation, drive synergies and deliver quality product on time.
